The Role

Located in Austin, TX

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for Large Accounts to contribute to our growth in an industry that is experiencing increased growth and awareness. Here’s what you’ll do:
• Develop and execute sales plan targeting large accounts with direct sales efforts and working with benefits consultants
• Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual sales objectives and quotas
• Deliver accurate and timely pipeline reports, forecasts, and sales metrics reports
• Develop and maintain personal relationships with benefits consultants and customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and new partnership opportunities through capturing customer requirements, collecting information on competitor’s products, and identifying sales trends and other forms of market intelligence
• Effectively manage and plan time to ensure both strategic and tactical goals are met
• Deliver engaging product overview and demonstrations to prospects and partners, and attend industry and partner conferences
• Adhere to security policies
• Work closely with marketing and product management to implement initiatives to grow the business and spread awareness of Tango Health in our target market
• Travel for in-person meetings with partners and customers to develop key relationships

About You:
• 8+ years of software sales experience including selling to large accounts
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience required, Master’s Degree is beneficial
• Experience selling to CHRO, VP Total Rewards and VP HR is beneficial
• Prefer experience working with partners in sales cycle and experience selling with benefits consultants is beneficial
• Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting
• Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at executive level and with partners
• Experience delivering product presentations and demonstrations online as well as in-person
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Intellectual curiosity a plus
